Summerhouse Condos is the largest condominium complex at Crescent Beach, with 256 units on 25 acres. There are plenty of condos for sale with a good variety of units available. Ocean view and oceanfront townhouses (2 levels) and flats (1 level) are offered. Summerhouse condo is located next to the State Park, which surrounds the southern end of Matanzas Inlet.
