Corona Del Mar Condominiums are waterfront condos that are located on Davis Shores, just north of St. Augustine Beach Florida. Corona Del Mar is located about 1 mile south of the historical section of downtown Saint Augustine in an area known as Salt Run. Each condo is a waterfront and comes with a boat slip. The building is three levels and has a total of 15 individual condominium units that were built in 2000. Each unit at Corona Del Mar Condominium is flats ( 1 level ), and are over 1600 sq. ft. The condos are two or three bedroom units with 2 ½ baths. The laundry is located inside each unit. There is a parking garage with plenty of parking and storage closets located in the garage. Corona Del Mar has owner’s deepwater docks for space up to 50-foot boats, these dock spaces are owned and deeded. Walled complex with security gate.
